1. Acceptance

By downloading and using Habituo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the app.

2. License

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use Habituo on your Apple devices in accordance with the Apple App Store usage rules.

3. Habituo Pro — In-App Purchases

• Monthly subscription (€1.99/month): Auto-renewing. Cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Lifetime (€7.99 one-time): Single purchase, no subscription.
• Purchases are billed through Apple. No refunds except as per Apple's policies.
• Purchases can be restored via "Restore Purchases" in the app.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not:

• Use Habituo for illegal purposes
• Reverse-engineer or modify the app
• Resell or sublicense the app

5. Disclaimer

Habituo is provided "as is". We make no guarantees of uninterrupted availability. The app does not replace medical advice — body data (weight) is for personal tracking purposes only.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always accessible in the app.
